It has taken a while but we finally know the producer behind the track Game Over. None other than our good friend Debris revealed Game Over is finally able to see the sunlight after a long term wait into one of the dark chambers of Jig Saw…
Debris is setting a new standard for himself with his new banger. Game Over feels very dark and is not by any means a replica of his first two tracks Lucky Strike and Circles. The bass heavy drop and sinister synths are the proof that Debris is not afraid to mix things up a bit. The somewhat experimental approach is doing the track good. We have heard so many generic future house songs the last couple of days, that we’re glad to hear something different once again.
Game Over is a track that can’t really be placed in a specific genre. It’s neither bass or future house, but something in between. Although the track feels very different from the old Debris productions it is very clear to me that you can still hear his personal influences.
After the release on the relatively new label “On the House” Game Over gained some massive attention in the Future House Scene. Big channels like Bass Boosted and House Nation picked it up while the Soundcloud views were flooding in. The track is now at 34k streams on Soundcloud alone and has only seen daylight since three whole days.
I can safely say that I and all my colleagues here at Future’s Finest absolutely love the track. Debris did a huge job on Game Over and let us see a side of his musical intermezzo that we haven’t seen before. We can’t tell you guys enough to keep an eye on this guy for the next couple of months. We have heard some incredible productions behind closed doors which we unfortunately can’t tell about yet. But we can guarantee Debris is going to enter this summer with a massive bang!
“Debris – Game Over” is out trough “On The House”. Give it a listen if you haven’t already on the player below. Don’t forget to give the track a like and a sneaky repost!
