1. The Provider agrees on the fact that Future’s Finest is not obligated to respond to the submission in any form of (digital) communication.
2. A) that the Provider shall indemnify and forever hold harmless Promoter over any and all instances of conflicting ownership of any material found to be infringing on any and all parties’ rights.
B) that the aforementioned content does not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights that may impact this permission agreement, and
C) is legally authorized to enter this agreement.
4. The Provider at its sole discretion may request by written notification, for the removal of the Track to which the Promoter will be given a period of 30 days without penalty to remove the upload(s) from public display on the account mentioned above. Upon completion of the 30 day notice period and removal of the Track from public broadcast this agreement will become null and void.
